Housing Information

Reservations must be received by March 3, 2008

Sleeping room requests for all convention hotels will be handled by the EB Housing Bureau (Experient).  This is a service provided to EB attendees by SAN DIEGO….ACCOMODATING YOU!  EB does not process hotel reservations.  You can make hotel reservations in any of the following ways:

WEB (24 hours)

Fax (24 hours): 800-521-6017(US & Canada); 847-940-2386 (International). You must complete the housing form when sending your request via fax.

Mail: EB 2008 Housing, c/o Experient, 108 Wilmot Road, Suite 400, Deerfield, IL  60015-5124. You must complete the housing form when sending your request via mail.  

Telephone: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST: 800-967-4590 (U.S. & Canada) or 847-282-2529 (International). Please have the following information available:

  1. Name of Convention: EB Annual Meeting

  2. 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of hotel

  3. Arrival/departure dates

  4. Number of rooms requested

  5. Type of room (single/double, etc.)

  6. Number of people in party

  7. Credit card type, account number, expiration date and billing name and address

  8. Names of all occupants of room

  9. Email Address/Fax number to which confirmation is to be sent.

  10. Daytime telephone number

TO GUARANTEE A ROOM: All reservations are being coordinated by the housing bureau and NOT with the hotel directly. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit card expiration dates must be later than April 2008. To obtain the special meeting rates, make your reservations early. Hotels nearest the Convention Center and those with lower rates will go very quickly. Attendees are strongly encouraged to make hotel reservations early to guarantee hotel rates and availability.

CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmation will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you from the housing bureau. Once your reservation has been secured with a credit card. You will not receive a confirmation from your hotel. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 weeks, please call the housing bureau at 800-521-6017 (US and Canada) or 847-940-2386 (International). 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made on or before Monday, March 3, 2008 by contacting the housing bureau directly at 800-521-6017 (US and Canada) or 847-940-2386 (International). Starting March 11, 2008 changes and cancellations must be made with your assigned hotel to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night room and tax. For the best availability and immediate confirmation, make your hotel reservation via internet or by phone. Faxed housing requests will take longer to process and choice hotels may not be available.
